Level 1

Get Comfortable

Our instructors work with you to build your confidence and get more and more comfortable in the water. Overcoming fear and anxieties in a safe and positive environment!

Get the Basics

Start to learn the basics of forward propulsion through the water. Working on producing an effective kick, developing breath control and creating positive body position in the water. 

Get Moving

Start your journey of swimming through the water in short distances, growing your comfort level and confidence in the skills you have acquired with the support and encouragement of your instructor!

Level 2

Get Technique

With the help of swim drills we help you build your technique to a level that will allow you to use your skills for more than just getting from one side of the pool to the other.

Get Breathing

Learn how to effectively breath while continually swimming, this will give you the ability to swim longer distances safely and happily, paving the way for swimming to become a more relaxing and positive experience.

Get Stronger

Build strength in your strokes and technique. Getting stronger with your swim increases the chances of being able to save yourself during potentially negative in water situations and also allows you to build muscle and use swimming for fitness!

Level 3

Get Further

Increase the distance you are able to swim while performing correct technique and learn the best ways to improve on your endurance and stamina.

Get Faster

With a combination of drills, technique work and swim team style workouts we work with you on getting faster!

Get Fitter

Utilizing your new swim skills to improve your health by building endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness as well as maintaining a healthy weight, healthy hear and lungs and toning muscles. Swimming can also improve mental health by decreasing anxiety and reducing stress while releasing endorphins and can help combat depression.
