Weather Policy

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. We do swim in light rain; however, classes will be canceled during heavy rain, storms, or if lightning is detected within a 6-mile radius.


Our coaches monitor incoming weather conditions using radar and will notify all affected participants as soon as possible.


If you have any questions regarding the status of your lesson due to weather, please contact our admin team using the contact information provided in your welcome email.

Sick Policy

For the safety of our swim families, please do not attend swim lessons if you or anyone in your household is unwell. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fever or Flu
  • Cough or Cold
  • Runny Nose
  • Nausea or Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Any COVID-19 Symptoms


Swimmers must be fever-free for at least 24 hours before returning to lessons. We reserve the right to cancel lessons and send home any swimmer who appears sick.

Swim Diaper Policy


To maintain a clean and safe environment for all our families, we require a two-layer protection system for all swimmers who are not yet fully potty trained:

  • Layer 1: A disposable or reusable swim diaper.
  • Layer 2: A second snug-fitting layer, such as a swimsuit or a specialized swim diaper cover.

Please Note: Regular "everyday" diapers are not allowed in the pool, as they are designed to absorb liquid and will become heavy and ineffective. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our water crystal clear!

Make Up & Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any missed classes. Cancellations made within this timeframe may incur a charge for the missed lesson.


If you cancel with 24 hours' notice or more, you are eligible for a makeup class. You can contact our admin team to schedule a makeup or join us at your next scheduled lesson. Please note that only completed lessons will count toward your payment.


Repeated cancellations may result in removal from our regular weekly schedule. While you won’t lose the lessons you’ve paid for, future lessons will need to be scheduled on a week-to-week basis based on available slots.

Please note that no-shows without prior notice will be charged and may lead to removal from our schedule.

Attendance & Punctuality Policy

To ensure all our swimmers receive the highest quality instruction and maximize their time in the water, we have established the following guidelines regarding punctuality:


The 30-Minute Window

Our lessons are scheduled in 30-minute increments back-to-back. Because our pool lanes and instructors are booked for specific time slots, we must adhere strictly to the schedule.

  • If a Swimmer is Late: The lesson will still end at the regularly scheduled time. This ensures that the swimmer following you begins their lesson on time.
  • Making Up Time: While our instructors are wonderful and occasionally try to extend a session if their schedule allows, we cannot guarantee any make-up time for late arrivals.


Our Commitment to You

We value your time as much as our own. While we strive for perfect punctuality, occasionally an instructor may run behind due to a previous lesson's safety needs or technical issues.

  • If an Instructor is Late: We will ensure you receive your full value. This may include:
    • Extending the current session (if the schedule permits).
    • Adding time to a future scheduled class.
    • Providing a credit or compensation for the missed time.


Tips for a Smooth Start

To get the most out of your 30 minutes, we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early. This allows your swimmer time to:

  1. Acclimatize to the environment.
  2. Manage any last-minute "equipment emergencies" (caps, goggles, etc.).
  3. Be poolside and ready to jump in the moment the instructor is free.

Note: Consistency is key to water safety and progress. We appreciate your cooperation in helping our swim school run smoothly for everyone!
