Baby & Me Classes
Allow your little one to opportunity to acclimate to our classes, skills and instructors in the safety of your arms!
We incorporate fun, songs and games into our classes to give our youngest swimmers the opportunity to get comfortable with our classes while growing their skills and building parents knowledge of skills they can practice at home!
Classes are run in 4 week sessions
Twice per week: $200 for 4 weeks
Once per week: $100 for 4 weeks
Each week we repeat the same class twice to give the opportunity for our swimmers to Acclimate, Practice and Play while also allowing those who miss a class to still be able to take part in that weeks class!
Each lesson we practice multiple skills, sing songs, play games and more!

Many of our younger swimmers find it difficult to process separation/stranger anxieties. We want to ensure all of our little ones get the chance to adjust to our pool, process and play alongside those that they feel most comfortable with.

Each week we introduce new skills for you to practice together and allow your little ones to get used to our techniques and the basic survival skills in the comfort of their parents arms! Giving you the opportunity to practice your skills again at home also!

We make each of our classes filled with fun, songs and activities ran by your instructor. Each class is tailored to create a happy and engaging learning environment for both parent and child!
Advanced Baby & Me Classes
Our Advanced Baby and Me Swim Class offers a unique opportunity for little ones to develop essential water survival skills while ensuring they are comfortable and acclimated to each new activity. This class is designed to build on foundational skills in a supportive and engaging environment, fostering both safety and confidence in the water.
Classes are $240 for 8 Classes
Make ups are done the same as private lessons!
Key Skills Taught:
- Basic Breath Control: Teaching babies how to hold their breath and control their breathing is the first step in ensuring they are comfortable in the water. This skill is crucial for all subsequent swimming activities.
- Swim Progression: This involves gradually introducing swimming strokes and movements, helping babies to build strength and coordination in the water. The focus is on creating smooth transitions from one skill to another.
- Back Floating: Floating on the back is an essential survival skill. It allows babies to rest and breathe comfortably while remaining safe in the water. This skill also helps in building confidence as they learn to trust the water's buoyancy.
- Jump & Swim/Float: This fun yet critical exercise teaches babies to safely enter the water from a standing position and then transition into a swim or float. It emphasizes the importance of regaining composure and stability after a sudden entry into the water.
- Swim & Float: This skill combines swimming and floating, teaching babies to alternate between the two. It's an essential survival technique that ensures they can rest while staying afloat during longer swims.
Our instructors create a fun learning environment for you and your baby to progress through these skills and more. They guide you through your journey of teaching your little one and provide homework to practice outside of classes!
